CSV data |
After you have converted an Excel file into a CSV file, you must upload the data.
If you use the Firefox 3.6 or Google Chrome 7.0 browser you can load the CSV file using the "Upload the CSV file" functionality.
With other browsers, this functionality is not shown.
In the latter case you must open the CSV file with the Notepad program and then copy the entire content.
Then paste the content into the CSV data entry field.
The CSV data contains one or more lines which are called items.
CSV data example with 2 items:
1081056568;Greenpeace;Amsterdam;125.00;10 jan 2010;Greenpeace Donation

- The ClieOp file can contain up to 2 batches.
Note:
Unchecked items have account numbers with up to 7 digits (former giro account numbers).
These numbers have no self validating mechanism (11-test).
To check these account numbers for authenticity you must supply the corresponding name (and if necessary the city). The bank will then apply name-number checks.
If you are sure the account numbers are correct, you may specify these items as checked items.
For checked items, the name (and city) is not necessary and the bank shall not apply name-number checks on account numbers with up to 7-digits.
Account numbers with 9 or 10 digits have a self-validating mechanism (11-test).
