Corner radius Rounded corners can only be created on the top and bottom borders and BOTH borders must van a height.

If both top and bottom borders have a height, the smallest height is the max corner radius.

Example 1:
Top border height = 30px
Bottom border height = 30px
The maximum radius is 30px
The minimum radius is always 0px
